
| Discount Club Cards CLIENT DISCOUNT CLUB CARD: For Every $10.00 in services you receive you will receive one punch up to 10 punches. You can redeem your club card after your card is full and save 10% off your next visit on any Salon Service only. SENIOR DISCOUNT CLUB CARD: With this card you can save 10% NOT just on Tuesdays but EVERYDAY on all regular priced Salon Services. Must be 55 or older prof of ID required LOYALTY DOLLARS: These Loyalty Dollars are given as our thanks to you our Loyal Clients. All Salon Services will receive Loyalty Dollars at a rate of .05 cents per $1.00 spent All Retail Purchases will receive Loyalty Dollars at a rate of .03 cents per $1.00 spent. Tanning Sessions will receive Loyalty Dollars at a rate of .03 cents per $1.00 spent. Every NEW Client will receive Loyalty Dollars starting on their 2nd visit to the salon. Additional Dollars are added during Monthly Specials and Special Occasions. * PLEASE NOTE: Dollars are added to each client not just to the paying client. Example: Parent & Child each earn separate dollars even though the parent may be paying for the services. Our P.O.S. | Form of Payments CASH: All though we are unable to accept $100.00 bills. We do accept cash as a form of payment but then again who doesn't. CHECKS: We accept checks for purchases only up to the total of your services plus the tips If you so desire. We are not a bank so therefore do not give cash back. Photo ID Required for all check cashing NO EXCEPTIONS! All checks are held till and deposited the following Monday of the week the check was written on. If you write a bad check your Yellow tagged the first time then green tagged the second time. At that time you will no longer be able to write checks to the salon for services. * NOTE: There will be a $36.00 Return Check fee + Court Cost if your check fails to clear your bank at the time of our deposit. CREDIT CARD: We currently accept Visa, Master Card, & Discover. Sorry! No American Express The card must bear the name of the client or clients guardian and Photo ID is also Required no exceptions. Gift Cards or Gift Certificates CARDS OR CERTIFICATE USE: Are good for the face Value of the Certificate, and can be used for any service up to the value of the Certificate Unless the Certificate Service is otherwise listed. Additional amounts above and beyond the face value are paid by the Client. The Certificate holds NO CASH value there will be no change returned. Only a Certificate Re-issued. * Gift Certificates must be paid for by Cash Only! NO Credit Cards, Checks or Discount Cards. They are good for 90 days from the Purchase Date on the Certificate. ***We will Not be responsible for lost or misplaced Certificates.*** Layaways POLICIES & HOW IT WORKS: Layaways cover all retail products in the Salon. We require a 20% down payment at the time of the layaway then 4 additional equal payments over a 2 month ( 60 ) day period until the layaways paid in full. All payments are do every other Monday, if you miss a payment or fail to pick up your layaway by the final due date. Then you hereby express that you fully understand that you forfeit all monies that where paid without recourse to a full or partial REFUND. If you wish to remove a item from layaway prior to final payment there will be a 20% restocking charge of the total of that item. There will be NO CASH or CREDIT CARD REFUNDS See “ Return & Refund Policies “ Credits, Exchanges, Refunds & Returns CREDITS: Credits are issued if you are not Satisfied with the out come of your Chemical Service within 3 days of that Service. This is in the event of a color fade or perm relaxing do to no fault of your own. You will then be rescheduled for the same service with in 7 business days. If you then fail to keep that scheduled appointment you are then considered to be satisfied with the service. EXCHANGES: We will be glade to exchange your product for the same product ONLY, if your product is defective. REFUNDS & RETURNS: You may return any product that is not used or open for a in-store credit. If the product is Damaged please see *Exchange Policy Sorry! We do not give cash refunds on any Retail Products or Services. We do however issue a credit slip for the amount of the product - 20% restocking fee or in the case of a Service we will reschedule to redo that Service. *See Credits Salon Appointments MAKING AN APPOINTMENT: All Appointments made over $40.00 or that require a time frame longer then 45 min will now require a Credit Card to Hold. This is do to so many Non-Canceled Appointments. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to keep your appointment or to call and Cancel 24 hours prior to the Appointment time. You may contact the Salon at any time prior to the 24 hour cancellation time to cancel your appointment either by talking to a stylist or leaving a message on the answering machine. We have caller ID to verify the time of the call. Special Orders ORDERING SPECIAL ITEMS: All Special Order Items, require 50% or $10.00 down whichever is greater or known. Plus any Special Shipping fees passed on from the supplier to the salon for a (1) item order if any. *NOTE: This fee pertains Mainly to Tanning Lotions & does not exceed $5.00 normally. PICKING UP OF SPECIAL ITEMS: Special order items must be picked up with in 10 business days of notifying you that your order is in. If you fail to call or pick your item up at that time you forfeit all monies paid to that point and also that item. NO CREDITS will be issued. If you wish to pick that item up after the due date you will be required to pay full price again as if you paid nothing on that item to that point, providing that the item is still available and has not been returned to the supplier. In-Home Services OUT SIDE THE SALONS IN-HOME: All in home services are done at no extra charge to the client with-in a 5 mile radius of the Salon. Beyond the 5 mile area there is a Fee charges at the going rate of .58 per mile round trip from salon to the client and back. All in-home services are preformed on a as need basis before or after salon hours as to not effect the daily operation of the salon staffing and current clients work loads. This service is designed for disabled clients only not for general public. Tanning Policies APPOINTMENTS: Appointments not cancelled at least 1 hour in advance by phone or answering machine will be charged for one 15 min session, SORRY! NO EXCEPTIONS. NO REFUNDS - on unused or expired sessions will be issued at any time. Children are not allowed in the tanning room while the unit is in operation. Please DO NOT LEAVE your children unattended and unsupervised in the waiting area. They will be SOLD! Bad checks will terminate Tanning Sessions until this is taken care of and all Packages must be used by their date of expiration. * See Pricing Board posted in Salon Waiting Area Free Tanning BOTTLE LOTIONS: Purchase any in house bottle of tanning lotion at regular price and receive FREE Tans as per the Posted Tanning Chart. This offer subject to change at anytime. *NOTE: This offer not good on Packet Sales or Special Order Lotions. LOTION PACKETS: Purchase any Packet, then bring that packet back in to the salon and purchase the same in Bottle form and save the price of the Packet on the Bottle. *NOTE: Offer good only on in stock items and good only on the same product.
